Chris brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, branding, and creative design. Holding a professional diploma in graphic design alongside a marketing degree, he is exceptionally well equipped to develop visual solutions to address a range of marketing challenges. Renowned for his creativity and clean, modern design style, Chris has worked with organisations across both the private and public sectors. His experience includes providing creative design for the NHS, as well as supporting numerous other organisations in both design and marketing capacities.

Liz holds a professional diploma in graphic design and a degree in psychology, giving her a unique insight into human behaviour and how it influences the way people respond to visual communications. This expertise allows her to craft designs that truly resonate with target audiences, carefully considering how elements such as colour, shape, layout, and typography are perceived and interpreted. Liz began her career as a qualified teacher, and she now draws on this experience to provide tailored design and marketing support to our clients in the education sector.

Jess has a degree in digital marketing and brings to the team valuable technical expertise in SEO, UX, UI, CMS (WordPress), Google Analytics, email platforms, and social media. Jess is responsibile for managing our digital platforms such as our website, social media channels and e-commerce Poster Store. She supports the team in creating, scheduling, and managing optimised content for our own digital platforms, analysing digital trends, data analysis and digital marketing strategy for the business. Jess is currently studying a diploma in brand management to expand her skills. 

Alex ensures the smooth daily business flow by handling administrative tasks, managing data, and supporting with scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping. Alex has nine years experience in various administrative roles, including Executive Assistant, across several sectors. She helps deliver process efficiency across the business, focusing on organisation, compliance, maintaining accurate records, data entry, and managing asset inventories. Alex also supports on monitoring project workflows, processing documentation (invoices, purchase orders etc.) and coordinating print jobs.

Coco is a six-year-old Ragdoll and, along with his sister, Bella, inspired the name of the company. Coco has a warm, friendly personality and his primary role is greeting clients when they come to the studio for meetings, always ensuring that they are made to feel very welcome. He likes to be fully involved and will often sit in on our client meetings, making valuable contributions such as asking about his dinner and providing entertainment throughout. Coco even tries to involve himself on video calls and can often be seen or heard lurking in the background.

Bella prefers to take a more behind the scenes role in the business with a focus on staff engagement and wellbeing. Bella regularly pops into the studio throughout the day keeping staff morale up by bringing us presents (toys) and providing lots of entertainment and fun. Bella encourages staff participation in regular playtime breaks and loves action and adventure. Although some may find Bella's frequent visits to the studio disruptive or annoying, she insists that she is ensuring we maintain a good work life balance by making sure we are not working too hard!
