About.
Gallaghers Florist is a well-established local business founded over 70 years ago in Andover and they continue to maintain the good name for quality and freshness. Their shop is conveniently located in the centre of Andover and they have a loyal customer base. They also provide online ordering and delivery and provide floral displays for events, weddings and funerals.
Challenge.
Gallaghers has been in business for over 70 years and has an established and recognised brand within the community. Therefore, the owner did not want to deviate too much from this but felt that the brand image needed to be refreshed and slightly modernised to stand out from competitors and attract new customers. With growing numbers of customers turning to online ordering, a marketing push was needed to drive customers into the shop, emphasising the excellent personal service and expertise that Gallaghers provide.
Solution.
We created a suite of marketing collateral to be used to promote the shop within the local community, including flyers, brochures, business cards and posters. To maintain brand loyalty, we kept the same typeface and colour palette but used more modern layout design to elevate the look and feel of the brand. We wanted the flowers to be the star of the show, so the use of black and neutrals ensured that the imagery of the floral displays and bouquets stood out.
