About.

Beacon Hill Primary School is a welcoming and supportive community in the heart of Beacon Hill village in Surrey. With a broad and enriching curriculum delivered by highly skilled staff, they strive to ensure that every child is supported to reach their full potential. Having recently joined the Weydon Multi Academy Trust, this is an exciting time for the school as they embark on an ambitious period of transformation.

Challenge.

We were enlisted to support the school to raise their profile within the local community, stand out from competitor schools and ultimately increase their intake, leveraging their position as a primary school within the thriving and successful Weydon Multi Academy Trust.

Solution.

We began by working with the school to create a multi-channeled marketing plan. We introduced a new modern and vibrant brand style utilising their existing brand colours, typeface and logo. Subsequently, we have been supporting the school on an ongoing basis to provide high quality marketing collateral.

Pull Up Banners.

Using the new Beacon Hill brand style, these visually impactful roller banners were created to showcase some of the fantastic positive reviews the school have received from parents; powerful messaging to use in their marketing to emphasise the strengths of the school. These roller banners are a versatile and valuable resource for the school to use at events.

Marketing Campaign Flyer.

This branded flyer was designed as part of a targeted marketing campaign aimed at the parents of local children to attract new families to join the Beacon Hill community. It showcases the new Beacon Hill brand style, as well as leveraging its position within the Weydon Multi Academy Trust. These flyers were distributed widely throughout the local area.

Social Media Content.

To promote Beacon Hill on social media platforms, these branded visuals ensure a consistent and professional online presence whilst showcasing their values, curriculum, events, and achievements. A professional social media presence is an important way to promote and maintain the school's brand, whilst communicating key messages to current and prospective parents.

Promotional Posters.

As part of this phase of transformation and improvement, it was important to communicate this powerful messaging within the school community, as well as leveraging the school's position within the Trust. We created versatile promotional posters for both print and digital use, incorporating the new professional and modern Beacon Hill brand style.

Environmental Advertising.

This roadside PVC banner was designed to display on a busy local A road within the catchment area. It successfully carries the Beacon Hill brand style, as well as leveraging its position within the Trust. The bold text and strong messaging will help to convey their positive ethos and make Beacon Hill stand out as a strong choice with prospective parents in the local community.

Press Advertisements.

A key strand of the school's marketing plan was to increase the their visual presence within the community through a series of engaging and professional local press advertisements. These are an opportunity to communicate their core messaging, convey the positive transformations taking place within the school, and to attract the interest of new families within the catchment area.

Parent Welcome Guide Brochure Design.

We designed this engaging and informative Welcome Guide brochure for new parents, which communicates all the key information they need to prepare for their child joining the Beacon Hill community. The professional branding and layout creates a positive first impression for new families and conveys the school's vision and values as well as useful and practical information.

Transition Journey Visual.

As part of their effective transition programme, designed to welcome their new reception class intake into the Beacon Hill community, we designed these visuals to illustrate the transition journey. These were shared with their new families at their Welcome Event. The clear layout along with consistent and professional branding ensure that these are an effective visual aid for new families.

Results.

We have been supporting Beacon Hill to increase their visibility and marketing within their local community and have created branded deliverables that align with and strengthen their brand and messaging. The new brand style we have introduced serves as a strong foundation to enable the ongoing delivery of a more professional and consistent look and feel.

This is a positive springboard for the future development of the school and we look forward to seeing the longer term impacts as we continue to support the school through this exciting new phase of transformation and growth.
